Senior Cloud Delivery Manager

PwC Poland’s Cloud & Digital team provides services in cloud computing including Cloud Strategy, Cloud Migrations, Data Analytics, DevOps, Application Modernisation, and Cloud Native. The team supports clients in adopting innovation, creating new business models, and improving business performance.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud delivery management and business development
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex cloud projects in consulting environments
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and software engineering; knowledge of data and AI is an advantage
• Experience in identifying new business opportunities based on market trends and client needs
• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and understand business challenges
• Expertise in offering additional services to maximize client value
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create proposals
• Skills in customizing presentations and pitches to client requirements
• Expertise in leading contract negotiations
• Proficiency in Business English at B2 level or above, including technical documentation writing

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
• Cloud certifications
• German language proficiency (C1)

• Leading the successful delivery of cloud-based programs and projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Developing detailed project plans including scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within client accounts
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery
• Managing client expectations and proactively addressing issues
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants, and technical staff
• Contributing to the development and execution of the firm's cloud strategy
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance
