Wymagania
- Higher education in IT, business informatics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Order processes
- Practical experience in Salesforce administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, data models, reports and dashboards, permissions, and validation rules
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant)
- Very good command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of integrations with external systems
- Experience in advanced analytics
- Additional Salesforce certifications
Obowiązki
- Analyze business needs and design scalable Lead-to-Order solutions in Salesforce
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud including Salesforce Flow, data models, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Participate in workshops, refinement sessions, and project meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Collaborate on system integrations and data migration
- Create documentation, conduct presentations, and provide user training
- Co-responsible for quality, timeliness, and development of solutions using Agile methodology
