System Analyst

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a System Analyst
• Higher technical education, at least an engineering degree
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Postman, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
• Ability to create and read BPMN and UML diagrams
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Practical experience with REST API
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and inter-system communication methods including message queues like RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, define acceptance criteria, and document them clearly for development teams
• Proficiency in SQL
• Ability to use GenAI tools in system analysis
• Experience in the financial or banking sector
• Proficiency in English

• Assist in identifying and analyzing user requirements and translating them into user stories
• Support the team in creating and maintaining project documentation according to quality standards
• Participate in preparing test scenarios and cases and support software testing
• Collaborate closely with analysts and development teams during software development
• Engage in the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis to testing and deployment
• Help refine the final product version in cooperation with the business team
• Support system analyses related to product and process development and maintenance
• Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of documentation and requirements
• Work in a hybrid model with office presence once a month in Wrocław
