Python/ AI Developer

apreel was founded in April 2010 by friends who dreamed of creating their own software house. Over time, the company expanded its services to include IT expert leasing, which is now a main pillar of apreel's business. The founders continue to focus on creating and improving proprietary IT solutions.

• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph.
• Practical understanding of concepts: RAG; Embeddings / Vector Search; LLM Agents / Agentic Workflows; Tool Calling.
• Practical use of LLM models, RAG, and AI agents (minimum 1 year).
• Proficient with Git: managing branches and commits (rebase, cherry-pick, revert, squash, editing order/descriptions).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Stack (AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Search); React; Streamlit; Databricks; Cosmos DB; Redis; Grafana.
• Understanding of ML basics; fine-tuning LLM.
• Ability to design system architecture and create High Level Design.
• Minimum one year of practical experience implementing applications with LLM/AI.
• English language proficiency (minimum B2).
• Independence, initiative, and proposing solutions; cooperation with business owners.
• Good communication with development and business teams; ability to negotiate compromises and explain technical consequences.
• Pragmatism and focus on achieving concrete results.

• Higher education in computer science.

• Build AI services and applications in Python supporting process automation.
• Develop bots and assistants based on LLM, including RAG solutions and multi-step agents.
• Implement agentic workflows: role division of agents, tool handling, and execution control.
• Work with internal AI frameworks and develop new ones.
• Support business teams in solving application test problems, analyze causes, and propose solutions.
• Maintain consistency and high quality of delivered solutions.
• Collaborate with other platform teams.
