Business Analyst with German

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.
• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) with confidence in working with native speakers.
• Very good knowledge of German (at least B2/C1 level).
• Understanding of Agile working methods.
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to solve complex problems.
• Willingness to work full-time in Poland and the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of insurance processes.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Experience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT companies, especially in insurance or bancassurance.

• Practical experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) including scaling frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Nexus, SAFe).

• Knowledge of French language.

• Willingness to work with clients abroad, including business travel up to 50% of working time.

• Experience: 1 year in a similar position.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, business analysis, requirements analysis, testing, and Agile.

• Languages: English and German.

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies.
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test developed solutions, and support UAT testing.
• Collaborate daily with developers and IT architects.
• Perform various tasks in different roles within an international environment.
• Actively participate as a member of an Agile team, taking responsibility for assigned topics.
