IT Tech Lead/IT Designer

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a programmer (Java / Gosu)
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role (Tech Lead or Architect)
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Solid experience in system integration or insurance domain
• Proficient knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and clean code
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in work effort estimation and risk identification
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST / SOAP), Microservices, JMS or Spring
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Ability to work within the European Union

• Implement and customize the core insurance system Guidewire using an alternative JVM language
• Design IT solutions considering architecture and its constraints
• Act as an advisor and partner for clients

• Monitor compliance with project scope, promote best practices, and share knowledge
• Create well-structured technical documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML)
• Collaborate directly with clients as an active member of an agile team
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
