Fullstack Engineer (Java / React)

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java for backend development
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Building and developing component-based applications (React / React Native)
• Knowledge of CSS3, design systems, and design tokens
• Experience with JSON and XML data marshalling
• Experience in front-end testing using Jest and Testing Library
• Adherence to Test Driven Development (TDD) principles
• Deliver high-quality solutions and maintain code standards
• Experience working with stakeholders and understanding business needs
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in digital product design in banking or onboarding
• Experience with developer tools such as Git and VSCode
• Experience mentoring teams and raising technical standards
