Senior Backend Engineer (AI Automation)

• Very good knowledge of Java (versions 17/21) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Experience using AI tools for process and workflow automation (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Gemini).
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
• Good understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions.
• Awareness of data and task flow in complex systems.
• Experience with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
• Good team communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, Claude, DDD, Kubernetes, Cursor, Java, Spring Boot, Spring, distributed systems, and microservices.
• Language skills: Polish and English.

• Develop and enhance the Talent Acquisition Suite platform supporting recruitment processes.
• Design and develop microservices in a distributed system architecture.
• Create new greenfield modules and extend existing solutions.
• Integrate systems and synchronize candidate data across applications.
• Automate workflows and processes.
• Build AI-based tools (LLM, agent-based systems) for automatic configuration mapping and migration.
• Collaborate within multiple independent development teams and switch between teams as needed.
