Wymagania
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in Products, Communications, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources, or Financial Services.
- Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics processes for B2B industries.
- Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics.
- Deep functional and implementation experience with MSD and tools like Salesforce, Conga, SAP Callidus.
- Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
- Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong program and people management skills.
- Experience working with C-level executives.
- Proven creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Deep expertise in Sales and Commerce Analytics and advanced visualization tools.
Nice to have:
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce or SAP with focus on Pricing, CPQ Specialist.
Obowiązki
- Provide design, functional, and implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assess end-to-end MSD processes to identify gaps and define standardized target state processes.
- Define user personas and user journeys.
- Work with the client’s sales and commerce organization to drive efficient pricing and discounting approaches.
- Facilitate involvement of key stakeholders and buy-in for change readiness.
