CRM Management Consultant – MS Dynamics (I&P GN SONG)

The role is within the Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice, focusing on marketing, commerce & sales, and service functions to support transformative strategies for business performance and customer experience enhancement.

• Minimum 6 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in Products, Communications, Life Sciences, High Tech, Resources, or Financial Services.
• Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics processes for B2B industries.
• Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics.
• Deep functional and implementation experience with MSD and tools like Salesforce, Conga, SAP Callidus.
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
• Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience in Business/Operational Transformation projects.
• Strong program management skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Proven creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales and Commerce Analytics and advanced visualization tools.

Bonus if you have:

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce or SAP with focus on Pricing, CPQ Specialist.

• Provide design and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics.
• Assess end-to-end MSD processes to identify gaps and define standardized target state processes.
• Define user personas and user journeys.
• Collaborate with client sales and commerce teams to drive efficient pricing and discounting approaches.
• Facilitate leadership involvement and stakeholder buy-in for change readiness.

• Employment contract (umowa o pracę).
• Headquarter located in Warsaw.
• Role requires traveling to client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term.
• Work model is hybrid, including remote, office, and client site work.
• Willingness and ability to work at client locations is required.
