Functional Expert – Kondor+

Spyrosoft Vantage S.A. is hiring a Functional Expert to join their Financial Markets practice in Warsaw, focusing on Kondor+ implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects at major financial institutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kondor+ in implementation, consulting, or support
• Deep functional knowledge of Kondor+ core modules: Front Office, Fusion Risk, and Reporting
• Strong understanding of capital markets products including FX, Money Market, Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Commodities
• Practical knowledge of the full trade lifecycle including front-to-risk processing, P&L, risk, and limits
• Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional specification writing for Kondor+ projects
• Ability to configure Kondor+ standard products and workflows within project scope
• Experience leading SIT/UAT activities and managing defect resolution
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English for interaction with senior client stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kondor+ upgrade projects (version and data migration)
• Familiarity with Kondor+ interfaces and integration patterns (KIS, FpML, FIX, MQ, REST APIs)
• Exposure to other capital markets platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Summit, Sophis, Front Arena
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks like EMIR and MiFID II as applied in Kondor+
• Knowledge of Sybase / MS SQL databases from a functional perspective

• Act as the primary Kondor+ functional authority throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into Kondor+ functional specifications and system configuration
• Design and document Kondor+ functional solutions aligned with the target operating model
• Configure and validate Kondor+ modules including static and market data, deal booking, limit management, position keeping, and P&L calculation
• Lead functional SIT/UAT test cycles, prepare test scenarios, coordinate testing with client users, and manage defect resolution
• Identify functional gaps between client requirements and Kondor+ capabilities and propose workarounds or escalate issues
• Guide and review work of junior consultants and analysts within the functional workstream
• Support client-facing workshops and demos
