Next.JS Developer

They develop and improve an accounting application supporting over 400,000 entrepreneurs daily. The Kraków office employs about 50 specialists in IT, accounting, customer service, and sales, with the largest team in IT programming in Ruby, Python, and Swift. The company practices Scrum and participates in industry conferences and community events like KRUG.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of React, Next.js (version 13+ with app router or other SSR solutions), TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects
• Ability to make bold decisions to achieve better results
• Proactive approach and seeking effective solutions
• Ability to read documentation in English
• Understanding of the business context of the product
• Willingness to work on a product supporting entrepreneurs and accountants

Nice to have:

• Agile methodology experience
• Scrum experience

Languages:

• Polish

• Develop and enhance the existing frontend application using React and Next.js
• Participate in decisions regarding application architecture
• Ensure efficiency and performance of frontend solutions
• Work in two-week sprints with self-planned tasks
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and Product Owner
• Define sprint and quarterly goals with the team
