• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Experience building REST APIs
• Knowledge of basic web application security
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Willingness to continuously develop skills

• Develop the flagship inFakt application
• Create solutions used daily by tens of thousands of entrepreneurs
• Collaborate with mobile (iOS/Android) and infrastructure teams
• Influence the final shape of functionalities
• Independently set quarterly goals
• Support and share knowledge within the team
• Work in a hybrid model with at least 3 days in the Kraków office
• Flexible work start time between 7:00 and 10:00
