DevOps Specialist

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across various industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, scripting, or automation roles
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, Azure platform administration
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience with DevOps and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Support and optimize Azure platform environments, including troubleshooting and resource management
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Configure and maintain Azure resources and integrations
• Support environments related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Independently handle and resolve Microsoft support tickets and incidents
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and implement optimal solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and platform optimization
• Support the adoption of new technologies and DevOps best practices
