Senior AI Engineer

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience working with AI/ML solutions in real-world projects
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, or chatbot solutions
• Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Understanding of software engineering practices (Python, APIs)
• Experience working in teams and delivering projects end-to-end
• Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Very good English and German skills (minimum B2 level required)

• Apply good engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, and basic MLOps
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions
• Ensure solutions are stable, reliable, and ready for production use
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members when needed
