Tech Lead (Angular & .NET)

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT across diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO.

• Strong experience with Angular at Senior level
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities
• Solid understanding of clean code principles, software architecture, and design patterns
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
• Previous collaboration with international clients
• Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Angular, .NET, Clean code, Software architecture, Design patterns, Agile, Leadership, Problem solving
• English language proficiency

• Ensuring high code quality, best practices, and compliance with the defined technology stack across applications
• Reviewing and approving Pull Requests focusing on maintainability, performance, and security
• Providing technical leadership and taking responsibility for delivery towards the client
• Defining application scope in collaboration with stakeholders, especially during new releases
• Ensuring timely delivery within agreed estimates and expected quality standards
• Identifying and communicating technical risks and potential issues early
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding team members in their daily work
• Assigning tasks and coordinating activities within the development team
• Resolving team conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment
• Sharing delivery status and aligning with other Tech Leads and Architects
• Organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.)
• Collaborating closely with QA, UX, and other teams to ensure end-to-end quality
• Maintaining clear and transparent communication with stakeholders
