Wymagania
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in HR/HR Transformation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR, including Workforce Administration and Employee Data Administration, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
- Practical experience in project management within the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); skills in German or French are desirable.
- Strong presentation, moderation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Very good MS Office skills and system experience with tools such as Oracle HCM, Success Factors, Workday, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.
- High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm, including international orientation and openness to travel.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
Obowiązki
- Lead comprehensive evaluations of existing HR/HR Administration processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop and design efficient and scalable HR processes, focusing on HR Administration, aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Create clear, user-friendly process maps, standard operating procedures, and process assessment outcome reports.
- Support change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize HR data analytics to measure the impact of process changes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external HR teams and other departments during requirements gathering, process design, and project implementation.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes.
- Stay current with HR industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.
