Project Manager (Process Mining, SQL)

• More than 6 years of professional experience in process and task mining tools (e.g., Celonis preferred, UiPath, KYP.ai nice to have)
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
• Strong understanding of business processes (P2P, C2C, R2R preferred)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Very good English (written and spoken)

• Lead process mining implementations end-to-end
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Design data models and process structures
• Build analytical dashboards and reports
• Interpret results and provide optimization recommendations
• Communicate insights to business stakeholders
• Support integration with ERP systems
• Prepare executive-level presentations
