• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Contact Center, Sales) and Power Platform services including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Development skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or other AI solutions integrated into business processes and workflows.

• Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within Agile project teams.
• Develop and extend platform capabilities through custom C# plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript components, and custom connectors.
• Design and implement AI-driven experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry technologies.
• Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, CPQ, telephony platforms, and other enterprise SaaS applications.
• Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release management practices using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
