Domain Enterprise Architect

You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Pan-E team which currently serves as a cross-functional team across European entities providing services like Business Strategy Support, Programme & Project Support, Standards Management & Integration Strategy and Platform.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably IT-related) or equivalent with 10-15 years of experience
• Knowledgeable in the Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience as an Enterprise Architect or Domain Architect in a large organization
• Experience working in complex, multi-country or multi-business environments
• Ability to balance strategic architectural intent with practical delivery needs
• Track record of influencing stakeholders and driving architectural decisions

Preferred Qualifications (Including Certifications):

• Experience developing domain strategies and multi-year architectural roadmaps
• Exposure to legacy modernization, platform consolidation, or large-scale transformations
• Experience establishing architecture governance processes and leading governance forums
• Experience creating and maintaining capability models and process models
• Familiarity with Target Operating Model design and organizational change management

Certifications (Nice to Have):

• TOGAF® Certification (Foundation or Certified)
• ArchiMate® Certification
• SAFe® certifications
• Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP Architect)

• Document and own the capability model for the domain using ArchiMate in BizzDesign
• Visualize business capabilities and interdependencies across the domain
• Link capabilities to applications, data, infrastructure, and business processes
• Map business processes end-to-end capturing roles, systems, data, and metrics
• Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Maintain and evolve models as the landscape changes
• Develop multi-year architectural roadmaps balancing legacy modernization with capability evolution
• Align roadmaps with business priorities, technical debt management, and enterprise architecture direction
• Map dependencies across initiatives and coordinate with other domains
• Communicate roadmap trade-offs to business and IT stakeholders
• Ensure roadmap supports domain strategy and company objectives
• Create and maintain IS architectural standards and principles
• Define and enforce architecture principles specific to domain
