SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant

LinkGroup is hiring for a Lead SAP FICO Consultant role to lead Cash Management and Treasury workstreams, managing international teams and delivering integrated S/4HANA financial solutions.

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• At least 4 full-lifecycle SAP FICO implementations from design through go-live.
• Deep knowledge of Treasury & Cash Management, Bank Connectivity, and Payments & Banking Integration.
• Strong expertise in Core Ledger & Finance within SAP.
• Fluent with S/4HANA Finance and modern SAP integration technologies.

Leadership & Team Delivery:

• Lead blueprinting workshops and coordinate global consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and own workstreams.
• Mentor teams with governance on delivery methodologies and documentation.

Technical Capabilities:

• Configure SAP Cash Management, liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, Bank Account Management, and Treasury workflows.
• Work with Multi-Bank Connectivity, Bank Communication Management, SWIFT, and intercompany cash pooling.
• Handle payment automation, ISO20022/SEPA/MT formats, electronic bank statements, and host-to-host setups.
• Configure General Ledger including document splitting, parallel ledgers, and financial close integration with AP, AR, AA, and Controlling.
• Utilize S/4HANA Finance concepts (Universal Journal, Fiori ecosystem) and modern integrations (APIs, IDocs, EDI, SAP Integration Suite).
