Project Manager (iGaming)

Bluebinary.io develops a global iGaming platform and a CS2 skins marketplace, operating 24/7 in a dynamic market environment with a distributed team focused on rapid deployments and operational flexibility.

• Experience independently breaking down project and technical tasks in Jira/Asana based on business assumptions.
• Strong passion and deep understanding of iGaming, e-sports, and the CS2 ecosystem, including market mechanics, trade locks, P2P markets, skins, and CS-related casinos.
• Ability to work under time pressure and quickly organize chaotic environments.
• Full readiness for overtime and flexible working hours, including weekends and immediate team coordination.
• Experience working in smaller structures such as startups or agile software houses.
• Practical knowledge of triage processes, including initial bug verification and replication before escalation to Product Owner.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for daily tasks (prompting and work automation).
• Assertiveness and clarity in communication, capable of conducting difficult conversations and enforcing agreements with experienced specialists.
• Proactiveness, openness, and ease in establishing contacts, with listening skills and effective information gathering from developers.

• Serve as the liaison between departments: Dev, UI/UX, SEO, and Support to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage deployment status with developers, monitor deadlines, and authorize releases.
• Maintain a clean backlog in Jira/Asana without incomplete or unclear tasks.
• Independently communicate with payment providers and operators to resolve issues.

2. Triage, QA i trzymanie ręki na pulsie:

• Perform final QA by testing staging environments as a typical player and validate feature functionality.
• Monitor platform reliability and appearance coordination with marketing, including language versions and website text aesthetics.

3. Product Discovery & UX/UI (Wsparcie Product Ownera):

• Translate general business assumptions into detailed tasks (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Analyze user flow and collaborate with UX/UI Designer to create quick No-Code prototypes.
• Conduct user research with players via surveys and interviews, filtering feedback before passing to PO.
• Organize team for corridor testing to identify UX inconsistencies before major releases.
• Assist PO with market research and roadmap development by converting data into actionable recommendations.
• Propose improvements in UI/UX and feature logic to enhance player experience actively.
