Senior Workday Financial Consultant

The PwC Poland’s Workday team consists of 34 specialists delivering advanced technology solutions in HR and financial transformations, working on international projects implementing innovative Customer Experience solutions.

• 4+ years of relevant ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday or other ERP system implementations.
• Experience in functional areas: R2R, P2P, O2C, Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one relevant area.
• Proven knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools for task automation and content creation.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead Workday Financial deployments.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and data activities.
• Assist with legacy data conversion into Workday.
• Support integration consulting team with configuration and testing integrations.
• Act as Team Leader for functional consultants.
• Share knowledge and mentor new team members.
• Support sales activities and business development.
