DevSecOps Engineer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in building systems mainly for financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company handles large, complex projects used daily by millions of users and emphasizes honesty, trust, and good relationships within smaller teams with varied seniority.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, networking, autoscaling, and security
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
• Proficient in Linux and public cloud environments, preferably GCP
• Knowledge of observability technologies: monitoring, logging, tracing
• Understanding of production maintenance for applications and ML/LLM models
• Knowledge of security, IAM, networking, and compliance in regulated organizations
• Capability to design scalable and reliable long-term technological solutions

• Practical experience in building and maintaining CI/CD processes and GitOps approach (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
• Proficiency in working with Linux environments and public cloud, preferably GCP
• Knowledge of observability tools and practices (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Understanding of maintaining applications and ML/LLM models in production environments (high availability, low latency, rollbacks, versioning)
• Familiarity with security, identity and access management (IAM), networking, and compliance in regulated organizations
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and long-term technological solutions beyond current operational needs

The cooperation model is outsourcing. The role requires working in a hybrid mode with 1 day per week in the office in Warsaw.
