Agile Transformation/ Scrum Master German Speaking

• 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience delivering via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for varied audiences
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency)
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
• SAP transformation experience is a plus
• Base location Poland with readiness to join an internationally-mobile European team

• SAP transformation experience

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Perform agile delivery roles such as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Assume ownership for client deliverables ensuring timely realization of engagement outcomes
• Play advisory roles to client leaders in industry sectors and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
• Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools
