Head of AI & Product

Comarch e-Invoicing is a centralized, cloud-based global compliance and SaaS platform connecting over 180,000 entities worldwide. The company is in a phase of intensive transformation backed by a global Private Equity fund, built on Comarch's 30-year track record of technological excellence. The e-invoicing market is growing significantly due to new regulatory mandates across Europe, MENA, and APAC.

• Significant leadership experience combining product and AI roles in B2B SaaS (10+ years)
• CTO-level technology leadership with ownership of architecture and technical strategy
• 7+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML, including 2+ years with generative AI and commercialising AI solutions
• Proven record scaling B2B SaaS products from growth to scale-up stages
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, deep learning, NLP, GenAI stack including RAG and fine-tuning
• Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems such as Azure OpenAI Service, AWS Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI
• Experience with agentic AI systems (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) and MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
• Solid understanding of full SDLC and agile methodologies like Scrum
• International experience with multi-market product shipment
• Fluent English (C1+)

Nice to have:

• Domain experience in e-invoicing, e-reporting, tax compliance, EDI, fintech, or regulation-driven enterprise software
• Experience transforming legacy/on-premise products to modern cloud-native SaaS
• Knowledge of regulatory and clearance frameworks (ViDA, KSeF, Peppol, SdI, EN 16931)
• Experience in scale-up or PE-backed growth environments
• University degree in STEM field related to computer science, AI/ML, software engineering, or applied mathematics

• Define and own the long-term product and AI vision for Comarch e-Invoicing, translating it into a multi-horizon roadmap
• Set and execute the AI/ML/GenAI strategy embedding LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and intelligent document processing
• Own the sector's technology direction at CTO level including architecture and engineering standards
• Reposition the product against global compliance and e-invoicing competitors
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle: discovery, definition, pricing, go-to-market, adoption, retention, and expansion
• Deploy AI tools and autonomous agents to increase productivity of engineering and business-support teams
• Enrich products with new AI-powered features and oversee development
• Partner with R&D, Delivery, Compliance/Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Drive pricing and monetisation strategy for AI and compliance modules
• Use evidence-based decision making with customer interviews, product telemetry, and AI/data insights
• Collaborate with Chief AI Officer and sector AI leaders for group-wide alignment
• Represent the company externally to analysts, strategic clients, technology partners, and industry events
