Senior Developer Relations Engineer – Platform Enablement

This role is for a leading international banking institution based in Krakow, focused on transforming digital banking experiences and building a new application development platform within a regulated environment.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience building templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding assets, or developer tooling.
• Strong understanding of enhancing developer experience through standardization and automation.
• Ability to write clear, scalable technical content for large audiences.
• Production mindset emphasizing security, resilience, observability, and supportability in regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and collaboration skills across multiple teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with developer platform enablement or related initiatives.
• Certifications or knowledge related to cloud platforms or automation tools.
• Fluent proficiency in English for clear communication of complex technical concepts.

• Build and maintain reusable templates and patterns to streamline onboarding across teams.
• Deliver real-world examples from projects that teams can adopt directly.
• Enhance self-service onboarding processes for scalable adoption.
• Support feedback loops via office hours, champion networks, and digital channels.
• Write and improve platform documentation as part of the launch process.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and risk/control teams to ensure guidance is accurate and compliant.
