Senior AI Engineer

• Hands-on experience in AI augmented design and development using SDD (SpecKit), prompt engineering, testing, and evaluating AI outputs.
• Knowledge of AI driven software architectures such as MCP, AI Agents, A2A.
• Experience working with Claude Code and GitHub CoPilot.
• Ability to read and understand generated code in Python or Java.
• Experience in designing REST API interfaces and implementing RESTful services.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to write clean code following modern programming standards including TDD, code reviews, and unit testing.
• Experience using version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of Linux basic concepts and console commands.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data services like Azure Databricks, ADF, Data Lake Storage, or AWS/GCP equivalents.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or Vue.

• Design and develop new software features using AI powered tools and systems with a programming language agnostic approach.
• Integrate models with APIs and data pipelines.
• Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Use SDD (SpecKit), prompt engineering, testing, and evaluating AI outputs during development.
• Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Focus on quality standards using TDD and delivering good unit test coverage.
• Cooperate with the Scrum Master and development team to assure that client needs are covered.
• Participate in out-of-project activities such as recruitment processes and department initiatives.
