DevOps Engineer (IVR/contact center)

UniSysTech Consulting is an innovative technology consulting firm delivering IT solutions. The role is for a Canadian client in the banking sector.

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS CDK and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proven experience deploying and automating contact center solutions (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Fluent English communication skills for technical discussions.
• Availability to work the 15:00–23:00 CET shift.

Nice to have:

• Background in Banking, FinTech, or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python for AWS CDK.
• Experience with serverless development including Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway.

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.
• Deploy and manage Cloud Contact Center/IVR platforms such as Amazon Connect and Genesys Cloud.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Implement and maintain serverless workflows with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design architecture and resolve integration issues.
• Monitor AWS resources ensuring compliance with financial sector standards.

Location: Poland (Remote/Hybrid from Warsaw, Krakow, or Katowice). Must work during 15:00–23:00 CET. Contract type: B2B or employment contract.
