RPA Developer (Blue Prism, UiPath)

• Approximately one year of practical experience building RPA solutions with Blue Prism and UiPath.
• Technical proficiency to handle development tasks independently from design to deployment.
• Strong grasp of business processes and capability to convert them into effective automation workflows.
• Confident communication skills, including ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience working with stakeholders across different business areas or supporting automation adoption.

• Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using Blue Prism and UiPath.
• Work with business teams to analyze processes and determine automation potential.
