[AGC] AI-Technical Product Architect

We are a company with 36 years of experience developing Busman – a proprietary software for scheduling and optimizing public transport production. Our product serves the public sector, holding a 90% market share in Poland, with clients including major urban transit authorities in cities such as Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdynia.

• Strong analytical and engineering background (STEM degree preferred) with advanced knowledge of distributed systems architecture, data structures, and algorithm theory.
• Tech stack experience with C++, Python, Node.js, React, React Native, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, APIs, cloud technologies, and AI development tools including LLM, RAG, Claude, prompt engineering, and ML.
• Strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, patience, assertiveness in client interactions, and flexibility to adapt to project changes.
• Fluent in Polish and English for communication with national transport authorities and the international team.
• Independence and goal orientation: proactive approach to problem solving with innovative thinking.

• Requirements analysis and mapping: collaborating with key public sector stakeholders to gather requirements, create implementation scenarios, and manage the product roadmap.
• Code automation and transformation: using AI tools for automated code generation, refactoring, and rapid prototyping of functionalities.
• Development of reporting ecosystem: designing interactive AI-powered interfaces for customized client reports.
• System Architecture: maintaining architectural consistency and security standards to prevent system fragmentation.
• Estimation and specification: pricing and scheduling projects based on technical documentation (SDD model).
• Coordination and work planning in a distributed environment: synchronizing tasks and knowledge exchange between teams in Poland and Greece.
