Senior Data Scientist

The role involves collaboration with the AI Center of Excellence and delivering strategic AI-driven solutions to clients.

• Proven experience delivering AI systems in production covering the full development lifecycle
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• Strong Python skills with a production-grade engineering mindset and clean coding practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern MLOps practices including automation, monitoring, and model deployment
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Experience leading teams or technical streams in AI or data projects
• Very good communication and decision-making skills for collaboration with technical and business audiences

• Own the full lifecycle of data and AI projects from discovery to deployment and delivery
• Apply techniques including statistics, machine learning, forecasting, optimization, and Generative AI
• Design and deliver production-ready, maintainable, and scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate with clients via scoping sessions, workshops, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
• Balance analytical rigor with pragmatic technical solutions
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
