• Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and failure-resistant distributed architectures
• Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
• Experience in code review, mentoring, and conducting architectural workshops
• Co-creating technology roadmaps, risk assessment
• Experience in end-to-end observability
• Practical knowledge of API governance
• Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agentic SDLC
• Experience in multi-cloud strategies
• Advanced practical knowledge of DDD
• Awareness of cloud cost management
• Involvement in defining technological standards in an organization

• Designing a new Claims Submission system and documenting system architecture
• Building the system from scratch in a microservice architecture
• Participating in feasibility analyses and defining implementation assumptions
• Defining system development direction and maintaining technological standards and code quality
• Estimating the effort required for programming and architectural tasks
• Assigning development tasks, supervising implementation, and conducting code reviews
• Creating technical documentation
• Ensuring fulfillment of operational and security requirements
• Providing development support during implementation and stabilization phases
