Principal Program Manager – Safety & Security

• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, global security program management, or related field.
• Experience in geopolitical risk assessment and managing international threat environments across multiple regions.
• Experience building global security programs including physical security standards, incident response guides, and compliance documentation.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with security intelligence or consulting firms and translate their outputs into organizational actions and leadership briefings.
• Proficiency in building safety, security, and employee care frameworks in partnership with HR, Legal, and Risk teams.
• Experience supporting security-related audit or certification processes such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.

• Maintain monitoring of active global threat environments, including elevated-risk locations.
• Brief Global Workplace Services (GWS) leadership and internal partners on geopolitical risks.
• Translate complex threats into clear briefings for senior non-security leadership.
• Develop and maintain security standards, protocols, emergency guides, and audit-ready documentation.
• Partner with regional leads to implement security standards at site level.
• Oversee security planning for high-risk travel, board meetings, and public events.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Enterprise Risk Management on employee care strategy and policies.
• Manage escalation paths and communications for active safety and security situations.
• Create communication templates, response guides, and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate with Operational Risk Management during enterprise crises.
• Lead relationship, performance oversight, service agreements, and escalation routing with the retained global security consulting partner.
• Evaluate, scope, select, and manage additional security vendors and tools.
• Deliver audit-ready documentation for ISO 27001, Global Outsourcing Oversight, and other compliance frameworks.
• Support Joint State Exams, business license applications, and regulatory processes related to physical security.
