MLOps Engineer

Scalo zajmuje się dostarczaniem projektów software'owych i wspieraniem partnerów w rozwijaniu ich biznesu. Firma tworzy oprogramowanie umożliwiające szybsze działanie i lepsze rezultaty. Działa w obszarach takich jak doradztwo technologiczne, tworzenie oprogramowania, systemy wbudowane, rozwiązania chmurowe, zarządzanie danymi oraz dedykowane zespoły developerskie.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in predictive modeling, preferably in the banking sector.
• Experience working with models and data supporting CRM, marketing, and sales processes.
• Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform including BigQuery, Vertex AI, AI Notebooks, MLflow, Dataproc, Airflow, and Dataflow.
• Experience with MLOps best practices and automation of CI/CD processes for ML models.
• Very good knowledge of Python and data analysis tools.
• Experience processing data using Spark or PySpark.
• Very good knowledge of SQL, especially in the BigQuery environment.
• Experience with Real-Time or Near Real-Time solutions.
• Higher education in technical, IT, mathematics, or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ML, DataFrame, Mail flow, Real-time operating systems, NLP, and advanced PyTorch usage.

• Build and develop NLP models using AI technologies including PyTorch, transformer models, and LLM.
• Design, implement, and develop Machine Learning and AI models supporting business processes from prototyping to production deployment.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and ML processes using tools like Airflow and Dataflow.
• Develop and optimize decision engines supporting CRM, marketing, and sales activities.
• Work in a hybrid mode with presence in Warsaw office twice a week.
