Backend Engineer - Low Latency Trading Systems

• 3 to 5+ years of experience building financial/trading systems using Java or C++ on Linux
• Expertise in multi-threaded/concurrency programming using lock-free algorithms
• Proficiency in low-latency programming concepts and techniques
• Experience in design and development of distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of AWS EC2 and optimizing cloud environments for low latency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English

• Implement new features and functionalities in existing and new systems adhering to low latency requirements
• Perform bug fixes and maintain code quality
