Wymagania
- At least 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
Nice to have:
- Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PSM III
- Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise agility
- Familiarity with DevOps and Lean principles
Obowiązki
- Guide teams and leadership in Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance Agile maturity
- Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve Agile workflows
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
