Sales Operation Analyst (Auto, with German)

The role is part of the Bid&Solution Team supporting key bid projects and cooperating with experts from multiple countries, including Poland and Germany.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economy or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in German and good command of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI
• Reliable, self-disciplined, organized with advanced analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to work independently with a high quality standard

• Support for business development cost control
• Control and maintenance of our CRM system
• Maintaining the sales funnel, organizing sales funnel meetings and preparing a sales forecast
• Collaboration with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations
• Screening of contractual documents
• Optimization of tools supporting reporting and planning
• Preparing presentations for the Management Staff
• Operational work with Capgemini systems
