Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams
- Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system architecture
- Experience with product planning, prioritization, and project management methodologies
- Fluent in Polish
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality assurance processes and platform reliability
- Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and system efficiency

Obowiązki
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
- Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and deliver platform capabilities supporting multiple product areas
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product initiatives and actionable development plans
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and IT stakeholders to align platform development with company objectives
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies, and platform health
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support the delivery of high-quality backend solutions by working closely with engineering and QA teams
- Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives
