Wymagania
- Fluency in English
- Strong expertise in Azure-based data platforms and Databricks
- Deep knowledge of Databricks (primary tool), Delta Lake, Apache Spark
- Experience with dimensional, relational, and NoSQL models
- Strong background in data policies, lineage, and compliance
- Proficiency with Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Event Hubs
- Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker
- Ability to define strategy, mentor engineers, and drive best practice adoption
- Ability to create and maintain clear architectural documentation
Obowiązki
- Design and oversee implementation of scalable, efficient data models integrating multiple sources into Data Hubs
- Define patterns, templates, and best practices for data engineering
- Establish data governance, access policies, and security frameworks for Data Hubs
- Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of large-scale datasets
- Prepare solutions for streaming and batch data ingestion, transformation, and model updates
- Implement automated data validation, anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and AI/ML teams to align architecture with business needs
- Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and mentor engineers
