Senior Python AI Engineer

• Experience as a Software Engineer.
• Minimum one year of experience in creating agentic workflows.
• Practical experience with API integrations in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Python, including asyncio.
• Familiarity with Pydantic for data validation and settings.
• Experience with asynchronous web/API frameworks, especially FastAPI.
• Knowledge of automated testing using pytest and pytest-asyncio.
• Experience building LLM agents: tool calling, structured outputs, multi-agent and sub-agent patterns, cost and latency control.
• Experience with popular LLM agent frameworks, e.g., Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience building and using tool servers based on Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Familiarity with graph orchestration of stateful processes in LangGraph: workflow nodes, human-in-the-loop interrupts, durable checkpointing.
• Knowledge of agent-to-agent (A2A) protocols.
• Experience in REST API integrations using OAuth2/SSO, e.g., Azure AD.
• Familiarity with distributed in-memory databases: Redis or Redis Stack.
• Experience with Docker.
• Practical English skills at a minimum C1 level for daily communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Langfuse LLM tracing.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure Blob Storage and managed search.
• Experience with LLM evals, including LLM-as-a-judge.
• Knowledge of spec-driven development.
• Experience in tax or accounting domain.

• Build agents, including planning and rollover mechanisms, for a production solution combining LLM with a deterministic tax process based on Python.
• Integrate agents with client applications via REST API and agent tools based on MCP.
• Deliver an agent compliant with the agent-to-agent (A2A) protocol compatible with an extended graph orchestrator based on LangGraph.
