Technology Digital Strategy Consultant (She/He/They)

• Higher degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business, Management, or related fields with excellent academic performance.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in strategy consulting, IT advisory, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of how modern technology enables business transformation and value creation.
• Ability to define future state visions and strategic roadmaps translating business ambition into technology direction and investment decisions.
• Strategic technology fluency in at least one area: digital product and experience strategy (using tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Azure DevOps); business-technology strategy and enterprise architecture (including frameworks like TOGAF); AI and emerging technology landscape; cloud and platform strategy (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud); technology operating models, governance, and IT economics; tech investment prioritization and business case development.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to craft executive-level narratives on complex technology topics for CIO, CTO, CDO, and CAIO audiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Arabic) are a strong asset.
• Collaborative working style and comfort operating in fast-evolving environments.

Digital Strategy & Vision:

• Capture and articulate the digital strategy and vision connecting business ambition, market opportunities, customer needs, and technology trends into an AI-ready transformation agenda.
• Shape the digital product and service portfolio, defining value propositions and mapping end-to-end customer and employee journeys.
• Define the technology core, including enterprise architecture, AI, and platform choices.
• Translate strategy into product visions and prioritized roadmaps aligned with transformation objectives.
• Build the business case and validate strategic hypotheses, including success measures and ROI logic.

Operating Model, Organization & Governance:

• Define future-ready operating models spanning organizational design, sourcing strategies, tech and digital service delivery, and ways of working.
• Design and implement organizational structures supporting large-scale transformation.
• Design governance frameworks covering risk management, regulatory compliance, decision rights, and portfolio oversight.

Enterprise Architecture:

• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture blueprints mapping capabilities, applications, data, and infrastructure.
• Assess architectural maturity and define target-state architectures enabling scalability, interoperability, and AI-readiness.
• Use established EA frameworks such as TOGAF for architecture assessments and investment decisions.

Transformation, Culture & Value:

• Embed an AI-first mindset across organizations supporting leadership engagement, behavioral change, and cultural shift toward AI-ready decision-making.
• Build business cases, investment roadmaps, and transformation plans for strategic tech initiatives.
