• Extensive experience building and scaling technology solutions in ecommerce environments
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and system thinking
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and engineering principles
• Significant experience in building and transforming high-performing engineering teams
• Proven track record setting, monitoring, and acting on technical and business KPIs
• Capability in technical vision and strategy development
• Demonstrated success implementing AI-based SDLC
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English
