Product Manager, Publisher Payments (f/m/d)

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience launching, scaling, and improving products that create value for customers and the business
• Strong product mindset with experience identifying customer problems and prioritizing outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and improving experiences
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Understanding of global payment methods, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations is an advantage

• Evolve Awin’s publisher payments experience, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and trusted globally
• Define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives improving end-to-end publisher payment experiences
• Identify payment-related pain points and opportunities via data, customer feedback, and market insights
• Drive the evolution of global payments capabilities covering countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulations
• Lead discovery activities to understand publisher needs and validate solutions
• Use data and business context to prioritize opportunities and measure impact
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations stakeholders to align priorities
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver compliant and efficient payment solutions
