Head of Product

• Extensive experience in product management, including leadership roles such as Head of Product.
• Proven track record in product-led Ecommerce and technology platforms or configuration/3D/personalization systems.
• Experience with both physical and digital products, ideally in direct-to-consumer or design-driven companies.
• Successful leadership in organizational transformation toward data-driven product development.
• Strong understanding of customer journey, CRO, Ecommerce performance, discovery methods, A/B testing, and data instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate product decisions into a shared language.
• Fluent Polish and good command of English.
• Systems thinking combined with experimental and pragmatic approaches.
• Ability to integrate technology, design, and AI with user empathy.
• Energetic, clear, accountable, and able to inspire and execute.
• Comfortable working in cross-domain, value-stream models.

• Lead Product Managers to build a culture of product ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Co-create product strategy and own the roadmap and prioritization across domains in line with business goals.
• Drive adoption of AI in customer-facing products in partnership with Tech and Data teams.
• Establish shared standards for roadmapping, documentation, KPIs, and hypothesis validation.
• Mentor Product Managers into systems-minded, commercially-driven product leaders.
• Own product's contribution to key business metrics in close partnership with relevant department heads.
