Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They create software that enables faster change and better results, utilizing a broad spectrum of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated development teams.

• Higher education (minimum EQF Level 7).
• At least 10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years in Project Manager or related role.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Possession of at least 4 international certificates, including 2 in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate) and 2 in project/IT service management (e.g., PM2 Advanced, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation).
• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity, security architectures such as Defence-in-Depth and Zero Trust, risk, incident, and threat management.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT project management including planning, risk, quality, budget, and schedule management.
• Experience with cybersecurity projects in EU Classified environments.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and project portfolios in cybersecurity investments.
• Experience designing and implementing security solutions across full project lifecycle.
• Knowledge of security policies based on industry standards and best practices.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with PMI, PMP, PRINCE2 certifications.

• Participate in managing cybersecurity initiatives in an international environment using PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, ServiceNow, ISO 27001, NIST, and Agile methodologies.
• Manage cybersecurity projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning to implementation and closure.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedule, scope, quality, budget, and risks.
• Oversee timely completion of milestones and delivery of project products according to business requirements.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate risks, issues, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Plan and supervise delivery processes in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, reports, registers, and related documentation.
• Perform duties in a hybrid working model (50% remote, 50% office).
