Tech Lead DevOps (Cloud)

We are GFT Poland, a company delivering complex IT solutions with a focus on banking projects, specifically in investment banking.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GCP
• Experience with serverless compute and container-based deployments
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
• Experience with cloud storage and messaging systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
• Ability to provision and manage infrastructure using reusable modules
• Experience working in structured landing zone / governed cloud environments
• Experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:

• LLM integration (enterprise or cloud-based)
• Agent frameworks / orchestration patterns
• Understanding of how AI workloads are deployed and operated in production environments
• Understanding of working in regulated enterprise environments

• Build end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Provision and manage infrastructure using reusable modules
• Deploy applications end-to-end in cloud environments
• Work in structured landing zone and governed cloud environments
