Senior Data Engineer

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented employees with appropriate firms to foster growth and mutual success. The role is for their client and involves working in the Data & AI domain to directly support key AI products and business processes. The position is based in Gdańsk or Wrocław and is full-time, office-based.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Data Engineer.
• Proven skills in building and maintaining data pipelines and feeding data to business applications or AI models.
• Ability to work with data for business analyses (e.g., pricing, risk analysis, contract analysis).
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in the Gdańsk or Wrocław office.
• Very good English communication skills at B2/C1 level, enabling effective written and spoken communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects combining data engineering with AI or Machine Learning solutions.
• Experience working with data from documents or financial and legal domains.

• Maintain and develop existing AI-based products in areas such as Risk Factors, Covenant Trigger analysis, SPA warranties, and Contract analysis.
• Perform Data & AI Engineering for new projects and business needs.
• Deliver data priorities for key business teams, including Pricing, RLC, and BDM.
• Support data needs for ongoing transactional processes (Live deals) and use cases in the AIG area.
• Design and expand data pipelines powering analytical solutions and AI systems.
