Platform Engineering Manager

The position is within Group IT, delivering enterprise-wide IT services and enabling digital transformation. The role is part of the Global Delivery Center's Neo initiative, which is Capgemini's strategic enterprise-wide AI platform.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience leading platform, cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, or AI platform teams in complex enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps practices, and model operationalization
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong technical background in Python or similar programming languages with platform service development experience

• Lead, coach, and develop the Neo engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Oversee design, development, and evolution of Neo’s AI platform components ensuring scalability and maintainability
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance collaborating with cloud engineering teams
• Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, platform operations, and engineering delivery
• Partner with product, data, cloud, and change teams to align technical initiatives with business priorities and emerging AI use cases
• Ensure strong engineering governance, quality standards, and architectural adherence
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple platform workstreams
• Foster collaboration and innovation across engineering teams to accelerate platform growth and adoption
