Business-System Analyst

• Experience as a business-system analyst
• Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to prepare test scenarios
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Very good knowledge of BPMN and UML notation
• Practical experience with tools Jira, Confluence, Camunda, or Enterprise Architect
• Nice to have: knowledge of Webcon platform
• Nice to have: experience in financial, banking projects, or financial institutions
• Language skills: Polish (expert), English (minimum B2), Italian (minimum B2, nice to have)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Perform business-system analysis tasks for projects related to financial topics
• Analyze and manage functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify dependencies between business processes and systems
• Support validation of solution concepts
• Prepare test scenarios and support testing processes
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Camunda, or Enterprise Architect to support analysis and documentation management
• Work in a hybrid mode with quarterly office presence in Wrocław
